Terms of Service

Last updated: October 8, 2026

By creating an account or registering through this Portal, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not create an account or use the Portal.

1. Eligibility and Account Accuracy

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

2. Registration Categories and Tickets

The Portal offers registration categories (e.g., Presenter, General Participant). Ticket/pass benefits, pricing, and availability are as described on the Portal at the time of registration and may change without prior notice for future registration periods.

3. Payment and Refunds

  • Payment is processed via bank transfer (and, where enabled, other methods shown on the Portal) through our payment partner.
  • Proof-of-payment review and approval is performed by our team; we aim to process submissions promptly but cannot guarantee a fixed turnaround time.
  • Unless otherwise stated in writing by the organizer, registration fees are non-refundable once payment has been verified and approved.
  • Each account may hold a limited number of active tickets/passes, as displayed on the Portal; the organizer may adjust this limit at any time.

4. Call for Papers (CFP) Submissions

  • Each eligible CFP pass permits one paper submission per account, unless stated otherwise.
  • You confirm that any abstract, paper, or revision you submit is your own original work, has not been plagiarized, and does not infringe any third party's rights.
  • You retain ownership of your submitted work. By submitting, you grant the organizer a non-exclusive license to review, store, and, where accepted, include your work in the Conference proceedings, schedule, and related materials.
  • The organizer reserves the right to reject any submission that does not meet the Conference's academic or formatting standards, or that violates these Terms.

5. Certificates

Certificates of participation/presentation are issued based on the information in your account and your verified attendance/presentation status. You are responsible for ensuring your name and other details are correct before a certificate is issued; reissuance requests may be subject to an administrative process.

6. Code of Conduct

You agree to behave respectfully and professionally in all interactions related to the Conference, whether on the Portal, via email, or at the event venue. The organizer may suspend or terminate an account that engages in abusive, fraudulent, or unlawful behavior.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Portal (excluding user-submitted papers and files) — including text, graphics, logos, and design — is owned by or licensed to the organizer and may not be reproduced without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Portal and Conference services are provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the organizer is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Portal or attendance at the Conference, including but not limited to travel, accommodation, or third-party costs.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Portal after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Indonesia.
